What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure about the size, refer to our size guide, visible next to each product.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us. Cancellations are possible for non-personalised or made-to-measure items, provided your order hasn’t already been personalised. For non-personalised orders, you can cancel within the first 24 hours.

Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to request a refund or exchange for non-personalised products.

Can I change my order?

If you'd like to change your order, you can email us to let us know. We can not remove or change personalised or made-to-measure items. However, we can remove or add items before your order is shipped.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What are the shipping fees and delivery time?

The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the destination and the weight of your order. Your orders will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days.

What are the customs fees in Switzerland?

Kindly be aware that Swiss Postal Service charges customs clearance fees, the amount varies according to the origin of the product and its VAT value at shipping (value of the items subjected to VAT). All shipping from France, base fees start from CHF. 11,50, In addition, there is a surcharge of 3% of the value of the taxable goods (not including import duties and customs clearance).

These charges are different from the customs declaration provided by Noa de Cajou and will be charged to you upon delivery.

What are the customs fees in the UK?

Since Brexit, you should be aware that UK delivery services apply a customs clearance charge for order over £135. The amount depends on the origin and VAT value of the shipment (the value of the goods subject to VAT).

These charges apply regardless of the customs declaration provided by Noa de Cajou and are payable by you on delivery.

Can I exchange or return a product?

We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 14 days from the day of your items arrival. For your returns, please contact our customer service at [email protected].

Personalised and made-to-measure items cannot be exchanged nor refunded.

How do I return a product?

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.

For returns or exchanges, just email us at [email protected]. We will send you a shipping label so you can send it back to us for free!

How can I made an exchange?

Just email us at [email protected] and we will help you with your exchange.

When do I get my money back?

After recieving and controlling of the perfect state of the article and its packaging, we will refund you within a maximum of 15 days by re-credit on the means of payment used at the time of purchase.

Products

Where are your products made?

All our products are made in Portugal and hand-embroidered in our atelier in Porto.

Are your fabrics safe for babies?

Our fabrics are specifically made for babies sensitive skin and are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified. This certification ensures that our fabrics do not contain any harmful substances, are safe for health, environmentally friendly, and reliable for babies. Many of our fabrics are also 100% organic, and this will be noted in the product description.

How do the products fit?

We recommend that you take the child's usual size. To help you choose, you can have a look at our size guide on each product pages.

Do you restock?

To prevent any waste, we restock until we are out of the fabrics. Once the fabrics are over, we won't restock anymore.

What are you maintenance tips?

We advise you to wash your Noa de Cajou product in a delicate setting in your washing machine. We also recommend to air dry your items to prevent any sort of dammages.

Customisation

How is personalisation made?

Noa de Cajou offers you the possibility to personalise some of our items by having the baby's initials or first name embroidered. The embroidery is done by hand.

Can all products be personalised?

Not all products can be personalised. This will be indicated on the product page.

Can all products be made-to-measure?

Not all products have the made-to-measure option. This will be indicated on the product page. You can still send us your specia request(s) an email at [email protected] and we will quickly let you know if we can.

Where to find us

Do you have a boutique?

Yes, we have a boutique in Paris. We're located 6 rue Edmond About, 75016 Paris, France. It's open from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.

What if there are no boutiques near me?

If you are the kind of person who like to see and touch the product, rest reassured, you can buy it online and return it for free if it's not up to your satisfaction.
